The development of the site of the present Jury's Inn and the adjoining lands at Steamboat Quay in Limerick is one of the most visible examples of the city's regeneration in recent years.
Situated on the banks of the river Shannon and on one of the main thoroughfares into Limerick, the project was completed in 1997. The area has since become a residential and social hub with many restaurants, bars and leisure facilities in the immediate area.
