Edward Holdings acquired several retail units and control of the management rights and common areas of the Eyre Square Centre in 2004.

In that time its investment in the Centre has continued to grow through the development and control of retail units leased to a variety of tenants. This has heightened the appeal of the Eyre Square Centre as a shopping destination in Galway.
