Scotch Hall, Drogheda
November 2005 saw the culmination of Edward Holdings' development of an 8-acre site in Drogheda's old industrial heart with the opening of Scotch Hall.
Upon its opening it was one of the largest-retail schemes in Ireland outside of Dublin. Comprising in its entirety some 80,000 sq m of shopping centre, office, residential and hotel development, Scotch Hall it is tenanted by a diverse range of Irish and international retailers.
However it remains only the first phase of Edward Holdings commitment to the development of Drogheda with an application for the development of a further 80,000 sq m of mixed-use development on lands adjacent to the site to be known as Southbank.
