Edward Square, Dublin

Edward Square is amongst the more prominent residential developments to have been built in Dublin in recent years.

Formerly the headquarters of the Society of Friends in Ireland, adjacent to the Royal Hospital in Donnybrook, this first residential square built in Dublin since its Georgian and Victorian heyday excited immense interest and publicity upon its completion.

Containing some 59 residential units, generously sized at upwards of 4,500 sq ft, and some 35,000 sq ft of office accommodation, the development broke several records for the cost of each unit and the speed in which they were sold.
