Edward Square, Galway
A landmark development in Galway's retail heart, Edward Square dramatically transformed Galway's retail offer when it opened in April 2000.
Situated in the centre of Galway's medieval system of defences Edward Holdings developed a mixed-use scheme comprising some 7,900 sq m of retail, 343 sq m of office space and 38 resindetial units. The scheme is anchored by prominent Irish and international retailers.
The construction of the residential units brought life into the area 24 hours a day, and they remain in the residential investment portfolio of Edward Holdings.
